Operating Standard

Operating standard.

The Delvex review framework establishes the minimum conditions for commercial reliance and transaction progression.

Decision Discipline

Five controls govern transaction progression.

  1. 01

    Identity

The legal entity and relevant principals must be identifiable.

  2. 02

    Authority

Each party must demonstrate its authority to act, offer, buy or represent.

  3. 03

    Capacity

Operational and financial capability must match the proposed transaction.

  4. 04

    Evidence

Material representations must be current, coherent and independently verifiable.

  5. 05

    Execution

Documents, payment mechanics and delivery milestones must form one workable sequence.

Where a material control is unresolved, the transaction does not advance.

Qualified counterparties begin through the appropriate desk.
